Muhammad Economic Blueprint

The structure of the Government of the Nation of Islam (N.O.I.) consists of Nine Ministries (or governmental departments). One of them is The Ministry of Trade & Commerce. The mission of the Ministry of Trade and Commerce is to expand business and commercial activity of the N.O.I. consistent with its aims and goals by realizing the economic potential inherent in the fulfillment of human needs. To translate the skills, talents and interests of the Believers into viable revenue streams through effective business planning and management that tends to decrease the percentage of operating funds derived purely from charity.

In other words, let us create businesses for ourselves so that we can provide jobs for our families. That is why it is important to support Muhammad's Economic Blueprint to end poverty and want in our community. Click the image below to find out more ...

Yo Sistah ...Healthy ~ Sexy ~ Fabulous 50

Q: So what does it take to be HEALTHY SEXY FABULOUS @50+???

    A: Preparation and Prevention.

When I was 19, I read in the book "How To Eat To Live" by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad that if you eat one good meal a day and fast three days out of every month, there will not be any poison in you to make you sick for even one day. He said to "fill up like a camel, so that the meal can hold you for the 24 hours" between each meal. Also in the book he said that "God does not have a set time for us to die." We kill ourselves by what we eat, and what we think. I read in his book "Our Saviour Has Arrived" that if I follow him, I will be "as 16" all the days of my life. Well, here I am well into my 50s, and though I didn'' follow all of his advice, I kinda look good to be over 50, and feel absolutely marvelous. Plus, I'm not on any meds, except a good, daily dose of Meditation~Exercise~Diet~Sleep. Thus and therefore, I'm celebrating my birthday the entire month of August!!!

Fathers take you Farther

I consider myself lucky to have been reared by a good man. He treated me like a princess and made my mother happy every change he got. When I was growing up, my dad showed my brother and I how to live a fun, yet responsible and respectful life. We went on road trips to visit distant relatives and attended family reunions and went to amusement parks and threw parties at our home. We worked together to keep our house clean and our yard well manicured. We watched TV together and ate supper at the dinner table together and had too much fun with the family pet, Samantha. He chastised my brother and I when needed and praised us often. He made sure that we had all we needed to live a healthy happy life by providing us with priceless memories. And now, he's the best grandfather that a child can have. Jay, one day, I'm going to buy you the biggest gift ever. So strengthen your heart. To my father, Mr. Henderson. Thanks, Thanks, Thanks.

Life Skills 101

Live Life on Purpose and not by chance ...
There are 10 areas in your life for which goals can be set. Experts recommend that in order to cause a goal to happen quicker, you should write it down and refer to it daily ... Write a long term (1+ years), short term (6 months), and an immediate (next 30 days, or even tomorrow) goal for each of the 10 areas of your life below:

    1. your primary relationship
    2. your physical goals
    3. your spiritual needs
    4. your mental and emotional needs
    5. your social networking habits
    6. your hobbies and recreation
    7. your contributions to humanity
    8. your business goals
    9. your financial goals
    10. your family life

A goal is a target, an ending point. With every goal you complete, your self-confidence increases. It's great to live a life of high self-esteem. So read your goal(s) daily and think about them often so that they can manifest quicker. Share your goals with everyone because when others see your vision, it can accelerate, its manifestation. Use your goals to help you make decisions. If a decision not going to lead to your goal, maybe you should not do it. Let your goals determine your actions.

I wrote this for myself and felt compelled to share it with you because you teach what you want to learn ;)

A Good Husbandman

A Real man owns real estate, and a super man owns land, like farmland or an island. A real man owns a house and its land that he maintains and improves, causing its value to appreciate. He then selects a woman that he adores and feels a desire to provide maintenance, which leads to her improvement, resulting in the appreciation of her value to him. This works best when he gives her the freedom to make his house a home. Therefore, buying a house gives a man practice in maintaining a woman and preparation for supplying her needs. And when her needs are met and she has the security she deserves that only comes from proper maintenance of both herself and her home, then she will naturally care for and admire that man. And she will bear him good fruit and so will his land. That's why I say a Real man owns real estate and a super man owns land. Visit my real estate website -- www.CarySellsHomes.com

BE ~ DO ~ HAVE

    MY DAILY KALIMAH (WORDS)
We all have incessant chatter going on in our heads. This chatter MUST be tamed and FORCED to say ONLY what is good and peaceful and healthy. Anything less and you set yourself up for illness. Here is the self-talk that I had with myself ...
You are a Human being And every state of being is a feeling And every feeling creates a desire And every desire activates the will to do And every act of doing manifests into having Because when you feel, desire, and do, all the atoms in the universe, With its magnetic, gravitational movement, coagulates into motion toward you. All matter in the universe seems to want to be used by you, or is waiting its turn to be called On by you. You call on the energy of the universe through your prayer and meditation and goal setting. Unless you do it on purpose, you leave your life to chance Our ability to create whatever we will is why we are the greatest creation of god And it is why everything bows to us, human beings The universe is in a constant state of being, doing, having From this being there seems to be a wanting From this want emerges activity From this activity there is a physical result Thus we have what we call existence How do we give existence a meaning? By deliverately, intentionally, creating a desired result This desired result can help you, other people, and the entire universe From this position on earth, it appears that everything in the universe is designed To sustain and fulfill the being, desires, actions, and manifestations of human beings Scientists say that the universe is expanding Is it because of human beings? Human beings have feelings that produce thoughts that produce things Is it possible that the things that our thoughts produce fill up the voids in space, Thus causing it to expand? Is it possible that the tiny particles from space that make it through the atmosphere of the Earth cause the weight of the earth to increase just as the materials produced from our thoughts Cause the universe to expand? Does the breath of life that we inhale and exhale throughout our lifetime, finally, on the last Breath, exhale into pure energy Which, over time, becomes a form of light in space? The imagination of a human being is one of the greatest forms of energy in the universe. It may be possible that everything that we see, not only on earth, but in the entire universe, Came from the imagination of human beings, who first felt a feeling, that created a desire, that Cause activity, that produced the manifestation of brains That then created everything you see, hear, smell, taste, touch, and it all started with Being/feeling/sensing? Everytime you inhale, you are being inspired The universe, the womb of space, used the womb of your mother to bring you into existence because She wants you to bring into existence all that she inspires into your heart. It is possible that the womb of space, herself, wants you to give meaning to her existence For without your brain your body your feelings your being your thoughts your imagination your Activity your ability to manifest your desires into a material existence, she has no meaning You are the perfect manifestation of creation to bring into existence other forms of creation. Intentionally, deliberately, on purpose, say "be" and produce the feeling that you want, right Now, which will produce a desire, that can be channeled into a goal that can energize activity, That can manifest into something material that you can use and enjoy. And the beautiful thing about enjoying is that it is contageous. Thank you for reading my kalimah for today. HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY :)))) 2:272

The Speeches of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

"TRUTH" is the Fountain of Youth

When you think about it, it is easy to see that "lies" cause you to have an early demise. Lies cut your life short. Whatever part of your life is based on lies, tricks, falsehoods, deceit, mystery, superstition, and all manner of ignorance -- whenever your life is based on these types of principles, you cause your life to be unfilled, unhappy, and stressful.

By contrast, when your life is base on "Truth," that is, mathematically sound and proven facts based on documented, scientific research, your life is more fulfilling.

There are NOT a lot of "truths." Truth can be easily discerned by observing the laws of nature. There are many laws of nature. These laws are universal. So we can also refer to them as "Universal Laws," like "the law of gravity," or many of the "defined" laws that scientists have discovered and documented.

Sure you can call them "man's laws" but break the law of gravity and you will set yourself up for demise. We get an education so that we can learn these laws and learn how to use them to benefit self. The degree to which you don't know a law is the degree to which you can prosper or be misused and disrespected by someone who does know the law, and who chooses to abuse it and use it to hurt those that are ignorant of the law. Thus, ignorance of the law is no excuse because we live in "the age of information" and "all laws" (also spelled 'Allah') are available for us all to learn if we will "seek ..."

So it is important that you learn all you can about "law." And yes, my next career change will be to that of an attorney.

Laws are "Truths" that have been proven to help men and women have a better life. Of course, some laws in the judicial system of our society can be unjust, so as we grow as a society, those laws will eventually be replaced with better, "human-friendly" laws.

In conclusion, the more you learn about "Truth" which is based on "Universal Laws" -- and many of these laws are based on common sense, while others have been proved and documented by scientists -- the better our life will be. And when you learn, practice, and follow the "Laws of the Universe," to the best of your ability, you are less stressed and more happy. The feeling of "joy" makes you look better, feel better, and live a better life, resulting in a youthful ppearance. Therefore, "TRUTH" is the Fountain of Youth. There is much more that can be added, but it doesn't take a long time to tell the truth.

WHO AM I?
AM I REALLY WHO I AM?
AND AM I ALL THAT I OUGHT TO BE?

Ever since I heard Dr. Abdul Khallid Muhammad recite the above quote by Frantz Fanon (July 20, 1925 - December 6, 1961, a Martiniquo-Algerian psychiatrist, philosopher, revolutionary and writer), it creeps into my consciousness almost daily.

    "Who am I?"

is being defined daily. So this month, I will share my definition of who I am ... this month.

"Am I really who I am?"

sounds convoluted, yet I can follow the labrynth in my mind with precision; therefore, I shall share that revelation as well. But the last part of the quote is the most difficult to face - I feel that I am NOT

"All that I ought to be?"

because I have not achieved my own expectations. But through this web site, I hope to grow into that "all." However, it will be difficult because I am constantly redefining myself.

    So, WHO AM I?

For me, this is the easiest question. I wrote a poem entitled "THIS IS THE REAL MEANING OF BEING SAVED." It's my most thorough explanation of who I am. It's raw and to the point. I rarely recite it at open-mic poetry sessions because it's very long and it's also kinda embarrassing to reveal some of my life experiences. Nevertheless, it's an insight on my upbringing as a youth on the east side of the city of Detroit, starting at the age of 13 and concludes with my attitude toward life today. Someday, I'll get the courage to post that poem on this website.
